terms and conditions


All clients need to provide their passport details and information on arrival. Clients that book direct need to provide this information at the time of booking. 

Direct clients pay a 50% booking deposit (by credit card or by bank transfer) and 50% on arrival. 

AirBNB clients pay 100% at the time of booking. 


arrival and departure

Guests are expected to arrive between 4-8pm. It is essential we know the exact arrival time.  If you think you will be delayed please be considerate by letting us know either by telf., whatsapp, sms or email. 


parking 

Whilst it is not impossible to park right outside riad lolita it is not easy (there are four parking places), there is residential (free) parking in the old town but it often means you need to drive around a bit before finding a place. We do not recommend new drivers to drive to the property, roads in the old town are narrow and corners are tight. The areas with the most parking are to be found in the new town, a 5 minute walk from the property (free). Secure parking is 16E for 24h in high season. 


bed and bath linen

Bed and bath linen is included in the price. Bed linen is automatically changed after one week of your stay if you are staying for a week or longer. 


air conditioning and electricity 

Please be aware of your energy consumption, please turn off lights and air conditioning when not in your room. 


condition of the facilities

Riad Lolita shall not be liable for any defect in or the breakdown of any mechanical, electrical or other item of equipment, goods or property, including the property itself. However upon becoming aware of the defect Riad Lolita shall endeavour to effect repairs to / or the replacement of any such item within a reasonable time frame. The client shall not be entitled to any compensation whatsoever in respect thereof.

Riad lolita can not be held responsible for the failure of public utilities such as water and electricity.

Riad lolita can not be held liable for any malfunctions or technical problems with Internet Service Provider. 


noise 

       RRiad Lolita can not be held responsible for noise or disturbance originating beyond the boundaries of the property or which is beyond our

          control.


 animals, bugs etc

Riad lolita can not be held responsible for the ocassional appearance of insects, animals or vermin, but shall endeavour to eradicate and eliminate the same when notified of their presence. 


safety 

Please endeavour to familiarise yourself with the location and layout of the property. Telephone numbers for the emergency services are given to the client at the time of booking and can be found in the information folder in the house. 


pets

Pets are welcome at the house but only on request at the time of booking. 


smoking

There is a strict non-smoking policy in the main house, bedrooms and the penthouse apartment. Smoking is allowed on the roof terrace only.


insurance

All clients should have travel insurance. 


cancellation 

Clients that cancel their booking lose the 50% deposit unless we are able to fill the dates they cancel. If clients cancel with less than two weeks prior to their arrival they lose 100% of the cost of their booking. 

If for whatever reason Riad Lolita have to cancel your booking we will refund you in full for your stay. 


complaints

There is a complaints book in the house for guests should they wish to make an official complaint, we hope this will never be the case :-)
